The agreement between you and Bet Rebel when you use this platform. Please read it before subscribing.

Who we are
Bet Rebel ("we", "us", "the platform") publishes statistical football analysis and predictions. We are an information service. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, or settle bets.
By creating an account you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to hold an account. You are responsible for ensuring that using a prediction service and placing bets with third-party operators is lawful where you live.
We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor or is being used from a jurisdiction where our service is prohibited.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed without refund.
- Account sharing, credential resale, and automated scraping of picks are prohibited.
- Details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Predictions and no guarantee
Every prediction we publish is a probabilistic opinion derived from historical data. Football is uncertain. No pick is guaranteed, and past performance does not predict future results.
We publish our win and loss record openly so you can judge consistency over a sample. Accuracy figures shown anywhere on this site are historical and are not a promise of future returns.
Any decision to place a bet is yours alone. We accept no liability for losses arising from bets you place with any operator.
VIP subscriptions and payment
VIP access is sold as a fixed-term pass (weekly, monthly or seasonal), not a rolling contract. Access begins once payment is confirmed and ends automatically when the term expires. Nothing renews without you choosing to buy again.
- Prices are shown in USD. Local-currency amounts are estimates and the final charge is set by your payment provider and their exchange rate.
- Payments are processed by Paystack and Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Because VIP content is delivered immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once picks for the period have been released. If something has gone genuinely wrong, contact support and we will look at it fairly.
- If we fail to publish picks for a sustained period during your term, contact us and we will extend your access or refund the unused portion.
Referral programme
Registered members receive a unique referral link. When someone who registers through that link pays for a VIP subscription, we credit your wallet with the commission percentage shown on your wallet page.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, and incentivised or misleading promotion are prohibited and will void commissions.
- Commissions are credited when the referred payment clears, and can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the published minimum.
- We may adjust the commission rate for future referrals with notice on this site.
Withdrawals
Wallet balances earned through referrals may be withdrawn to a payout method you add to your account, subject to the published minimum and to our review.
We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of the referral programme, or a breach of these terms, and where required by law. Payout details you provide must belong to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Republish, resell or redistribute VIP picks in any form.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform.
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt our systems or other members' accounts.
- Use the platform to promote another tipping service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this platform — predictions, analysis, articles, branding, code and design — belongs to Bet Rebel or our licensors. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.
You may close your account at any time from Profile Settings. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

Bet Rebel publishes statistical analysis for information only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept stakes, and no prediction is a guarantee. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop — and reach out to a support service in your country.
