Responsible Play
Predictions are information, not income. Here is how to keep it that way — and where to get help if it stops being fun.

The honest position
Betting is entertainment with a negative expected value for most people over time. A prediction service can improve your information; it cannot remove the risk, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
We publish our losses alongside our wins for exactly this reason. If a tipping service only ever shows you winning slips, you are looking at marketing, not a record.
Set limits before you start
- Decide a monthly budget you can lose entirely without it affecting rent, bills or food. That is your bankroll.
- Stake 1–2% of it per pick. Flat staking survives the losing runs that a high strike rate still produces.
- Set a time limit too. Money is not the only thing a betting habit costs.
- Never borrow to bet, and never use money earmarked for anything else.
Warning signs
Be honest with yourself if any of these are true:
- You bet more than you planned, or chase losses to "get even".
- You hide the amount you bet from people close to you.
- You borrow money, sell things, or use credit to fund bets.
- Betting is affecting your sleep, mood, work or relationships.
- You feel you cannot stop, or feel anxious when you are not betting.
Any one of these is a reason to step back. Several together is a reason to get support today.
Taking a break
You can deactivate your Bet Rebel account at any time from Profile Settings. That stops all VIP slip notifications immediately.
Most licensed bookmakers also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Tools like GAMSTOP (UK) block you across every licensed operator at once. Use them — they work best before a crisis, not after one.
Where to get help
These services are free, confidential and independent of us:
- BeGambleAware (UK) — begambleaware.org, National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133, 24/7.
- GamCare (UK) — gamcare.org.uk, live chat and group support.
- Gamblers Anonymous (international) — gamblersanonymous.org.
- National Problem Gambling Helpline (US) — call or text 1-800-522-4700, 24/7.
- Gambling Help Online (AU) — gamblinghelponline.org.au, 1800 858 858.
If you are outside these regions, search for your national gambling helpline — most countries have one, and they will talk to family members too, not just the person betting.
Our commitments
- We never promise guaranteed wins, fixed matches or "sure odds".
- We publish every settled result, including losing runs.
- We do not chase you with upgrade pressure after a losing day.
- We will close your account on request, no retention offers, no friction.
- We do not knowingly market to anyone under 18.
This is not betting advice
Bet Rebel publishes statistical analysis for information only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept stakes, and no prediction is a guarantee. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop — and reach out to a support service in your country.
